We collect and process personal data when you contact us, for example when you email or call us. We do this in order to be able to maintain a good level of service when you e.g. ask us questions. We do not save this data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing in each individual case. When you register for a memorial service via our website or telephone, your details are saved for 3 months in order to administer any thank you cards. We can pass on your personal data if you have specified special requests, e.g. about diet.
Processing of personal data when ordering a funeral
When you place an order with us, we save your personal data to be able to contact you and invoice the assignment. Your order documentation is archived but deleted from personal data after the assignment is considered completed. The personal data is also processed by our partners (florist, catering company, parish, cemetery management, soloist, etc.), only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing or to fulfill the legal obligations that the purpose may entail.
Processing of personal data when ordering assignments in family law
In the preparation of estate records, successions in estates and other legal documents such as e.g. wills, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, property divisions, future powers of attorney or gift deed, we need to save and process personal data about you, such as name, address and social security number. The data can be forwarded to third parties if required by the nature of the matter (e.g. estate register sent to the Tax Agency for registration). We save copies of documents in connection with the estate investigation, which are stored in a locked and fireproof space.

We use a secure server where your personal information is processed and limits the access to personal data within the organization.
