When someone dies
Losing a relative or a close friend is one of life's most upsetting occurrences. It is completely natural to feel worried and insecure about something you have to take care of. Our advice is to take your time. Take one thing at a time. Much of what you worry about can almost always wait a little while.
If the person who died is in a hospital with access to a refrigeration facility, there is really nothing urgent. If, on the other hand, the deceased is in their own home or in a nursing home, the funeral home must be contacted, who will come and pick up the deceased. This is done by two people from the funeral home. If relatives so wish, it is possible to attend. Before collection, however, a doctor must have confirmed the death. Nowadays, it is most common for pick-ups to be done with a stretcher instead of a coffin. This is so that you can calmly and quietly choose a coffin model on a later visit to the office.

At the funeral, we are there to help the relatives, but also to guide all the guests. We want them to feel welcome at the celebration and we give everyone a safe and helping hand - both during the important preparatory work and during the funeral ceremony itself. The memorial service and food can often be an important part of a funeral. We help so that this will be a meal and a time together that the deceased himself would have liked.
We want to help
When someone dies, extensive work begins with a lot of administration. The death must be notified in a correct manner to the persons, authorities and organizations concerned. There may be insurance policies with funeral assistance that expire after death. Perhaps the survivors would like help contacting companies that manufacture headstones. Within three months of a death, an inventory must also be drawn up, and if there are several co-owners of the deceased's estate, the inheritance must be divided. We can help with this and much more.
